Raising Catholic Leaders: DWCA Students Step into Leadership Roles

At Divine Wisdom Catholic Academy, students are encouraged to take initiative and become leaders within their school and wider community. Through activities like student council, peer mentoring, event planning, and the newly launched Voices of Wisdom podcast, learners are given real opportunities to practice leadership rooted in Catholic values. These programs aim to develop not only organizational and communication skills but also empathy, accountability, and service to others.

DWCA believes that leadership is not just about holding titles—it’s about living out Gospel principles. Whether helping plan liturgical events, organizing a school fundraiser, or leading a classroom discussion, students learn that true leadership starts with listening, compassion, and faith. These early leadership experiences help prepare DWCA graduates to become thoughtful, morally grounded individuals ready to make a difference in the world.
