Students from 3K through Grade 8 participate in weekly Physical Education classes that promote lifelong health, wellness, and physical fitness. The program emphasizes student-centered learning through skill-based instruction, functional movement, and cooperative play. In 3K through Grade 3, students focus on gross motor development, locomotor and non-locomotor skills, safety, spatial awareness, cooperation, and following directions.
